Kentucky and Tennessee have the worse amount of rest areas of any other states!! Not convenient for truckers or motor homes !!!
I’m traveling to tn next weekend and my mother in law is in a wheelchair. Her son and husband will be transporting her and need to know if there’s a family wheelchair access restroom at this facility. I75 south.

That’s not likely to happen. Between Athens and Jellico are numerous populated areas including Knoxville.
121 miles is a long time to wait.
