  1. The west bound Blanford rest area should be closed by the health department immediately! The restrooms have no soap dispensers and the faucets are all broken except for one. There is feces on the floor of every stall as well as on the seats and the toilets are plugged up. The trash bins are so full they are overflowing. There is literally no one in charge on August 16th 2026. What a disgrace and a very big black eye got the state of Massachusetts.

    • We are sorry to hear about your experience, Harry (Sounds gross!) and would encourage reaching out to Massdot with a formal complaint.

  2. I ditto that response. I travel for vacations, visiting family and buying antiques. A clean restroom is refreshing. I come from Vermont where the restrooms are spotless and someone is there. model the Liquor Outlet on 93 North Massachusetts

  3. The rest stops on I 90 on the Massachusetts turnpike are not maintained. They are dirty and have no toilet paper in the stalls. This is not a welcoming sight for tourists. Many people travel the Massachusetts pike and these restrooms need to be cleaned constantly. It would benefit the people using these restrooms and also the state because keeping them cleaned and maintained is a credit to the state. Please station a man or woman in each restroom on the pike that will keep it clean. Thank you.
