    • I’m sorry to hear your daughter lost her stuffed unicorn! Unfortunately we aren’t affiliated with any rest area. You will have to contact the Virginia DOT office and ask there. The Virginia DOT phone number is 800-367-7623 and their website is http://www.virginiadot.org/

  3. I want to report a wonderful experience at the rest area on I 95 N near Ladysmith.
As I left the next exit was 100. The Welcome Center woman was kind and helpful when I wearily came in and told her I had lost my car keys. She immediately contacted another wonderful woman in the maintenance department. I was prepared to “dumpster dive” in the trash container by the parking lot where I felt sure I had accidentally dropped my keys. As it turned out I had dropped my keys under the baby seat in the back seat. But these women were ready and pleasant to help me resolve the problem if it came to that. I was so appreciative. The facility was cool and clean but the staff’s attitude made all the difference to a tired traveler. Thank You so very much.
