Hello, does this rest area still exist? I can’t find it on the map.
Exit 26 is the old number. Massachusetts renumbered the exits along Interstate highways to coincide with the mile marker numbering system. The new exit number is 43. I have changed this to show both old and new numbers.
Mass only has “Parking Areas” without rest rooms.
Exit 26 didn’t have a rest area.
Avoid Mass.

IS THIS THE NEW EXIT NUMBER?
No, this is based on Massachusett’s current use of the consecutive numbering system. I realize they began the process of switching over to the mile marker system in the fall but don’t know when this is expected to be complete.
