  1. Just stopped at the westbound rest area at mile marker 156 Farmer City, IL and used the change machine in the vending area. We inserted $10 and got back $9.75. There was no sign indicating that there was a charge to use this machine. If this happens on a regular basis most people just let it go. That adds up as quite a profit over time for the vendor. Sure it is only $.25 but stealing is still stealing!!!
