  1. Mile marker 167 southbound. Purse hooks missing in all bathroom stalls.
    Return air vent in handicap stall looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever.
    Toilet paper was out in some stalls.
    I’m a native West Virginian, now relocated. Restrooms at rest stops in other states, much cleaner. Would like to be proud of our facilities. Thinking they all need updating & better maintenance.

  2. MM 167 Northbound. No dog bags. I walked toward the door, janitor looked at me, closed the door in my face and proceeded to “clean” the women’s restroom at 2:00 pm. Headed north…after this we will stop in Ohio. Much nicer facility.
