Utah I-80 MM 54 WB is under renovation. Restrooms are closed, but parking is open.
Grassy mountain west rest stop needs attention. No toilet paper or seat covers. Out of soap and all but two stalls closed If you want social distancing at least open stalls away from each other and you should never close handicap stall
