This rest area is in horrible condition. In the men’s section, both urinals are out-of-order. The facilities are filthy and smelly. I was there on Saturday, September 11 at noontime, travelling from Denver to Hastings. Rest areas are a reflection of the State of Nebraska and its hospitality. Allowing any of our (I was raised in Nebraska – I call it home) rest areas to become in deplorable condition is shameful. Rest areas in surrounding states are inviting. The Kearney East area is disgusting. Shame on you Nebraska.
