Interstate 57 in Missouri is only 22 miles long. There are numerous gas stations and truck stops in towns along the highway. I think it is unreasonable to expect the state to build rest areas along a 22-mile stretch of highway.
2025… we left Branson heading to Nashville TN and have not seen the first rest area. I would say your answer to the first person is lame. build some rest areas!! There are not numerous places to stop

We are not the state of Missouri nor do we have any say on anything the state of Missouri does. Yes if you look for them you will find ample places to stop.
