  1. 120 west bound mile marker 75 -Morton in Mississippi. We stopped at this marker with our animals on our way to Texas twice in the last year and was treated badly both times by the older gentleman. Last time was in October we stopped with our dogs and my wife was called a “nigger lover” by the guard at this stop. Because this gentleman was armed we left. Will never sto pm Mississippi again.

    • Unable to confirm this. The Texas Department of Transportation website doesn’t have any information about this location. Google Maps Street View (from July 2014) indicates this is a Picnic Area. More research is needed.
