This rest area is deplorable the maintenance is nonexistent in the early morning the restrooms are so dirty and present a health hazard cal trans should be ashamed of there oversight of this rest area
Not sure where our tax dollars are going but it Shirley is not going to the proper maintenance or management of our rest areas
