  1. Mile Marker 331 north bound stinx period,!! There’s one security guard there that likes to give people a hard time for sleeping overnight or for a few days it’s over night…. no need for harassment period!! People need a place to sleep

  3. I own a Mobile Coffee Trailer serving coffee and pre-packaged food / sandwiches. Am I allowed to park the coffee trailer at rest areas to sell?

    • Federal law prohibits commercial establishments in rest areas. You can confirm this with an official response from the Florida Department of Transportation.

    • That is quite a distance to cover. You might try searching for the phone number of each state’s highway patrol, state trooper, and the like. Maybe they would be able to be on the lookout during regular patrols. You can also try contacting each state’s DOT office for assistance.

  6. Good day:
I would like to make the following recommendation, to assist drivers traveling southbound on I-95. I would like to recommend that a sign be posted prior to the rest area located southbound on I-95 at mile marker 106 in Palm Bay. The sign should read: Last Rest Area southbound on I-95. This would assist drivers letting them know that this is the last rest area southbound along I-95 before they get to the end of I-95. This may increase the use of the rest area at mile marker 106 southbound, especially if the driver knew that this is the last rest area.

    • Refer to Florida’s Department of Transportation website for official information. We are not associated with any State DOT office and simply provide rest area location information.
