Left eye glasses at the next rest stop after the welcome center rest stop going south from Chattahoochee to Atlanta. Is there a way to find out if they were found and could be mailed to me?
Hey there, unfortunately we are not affiliated with any rest area in the country so that means we aren’t able to directly help with finding lost items however I can point you in the right direction. You will need to contact the Georgia Department of Transportation office and let them know your situation and hopefully they will be able to track them down. Their number is 404-631-1990 and should you need it their website is https://www.dot.ga.gov/Pages/default.aspx
Best of luck!
Your Comments: Hi. I want to know who do I have to talk to about putting vending machines at rest areas in Georgia? I’m about to invest in a few new futuristic vending machines and want to know what steps I have to take to have my vending machines at rest areas

Did there used to be a Dalton area rest stop on I-75?
I don’t have any historical data that indicates there used to be a rest area in the Dalton area. There is a southbound I-75 rest area about 16 miles south of Dalton at Mile 320.
There used to be one just north of the Dalton/Rocky Face interchange but it has been closed for many years.
how long can you stay and rest in an I 75 Georgia Rest area
Overnight parking rules may be found here: https://www.interstaterestareas.com/overnight-parking-rules/
As for Georgia, overnight parking or camping is prohibited.
Does any of the rest stops have security
Appears to me there areno rest areas as you approach and drive through Atlanta after Vienna. Looks like approx. 200 miles. That is a long way to go.
Heading from Cincinnati to Tampa on 75, are the rest areas bathrooms open ?
My 7 yr old son took off his watch to wash his hands today around noon and left his smart watch he got for his birthday (yesterday) on the sink! I am not sure who to call or what to do to try to see if someone graciously turned it in. Help please!
At the Valdosta, GA one

[EDIT]
This location is a welcome center, which is managed by a different agency. Their phone number is: (229) 559-5828
I left my phone on the sink about a week ago, the staff said someone said they seen it and the guy went to go check and it was gone. Happened within 3 minutes.
