Below is a list of rest areas along Interstate 89 in New Hampshire. Rest areas are listed from north to south. Northbound travelers read up the page; southbound travelers read down the page.

Porta Potties at the Springfield north on 89 were about as bad as some I have seen on day 3 at Grateful Dead show in the 80s. PATHETIC! The only thing missing were the rats swimming in there. If I had paper, I would have been more likely to squat beside the porta potty outside for everyone to see. I will never make the mistake of stopping there again.
The porta-potties on 89 N in Springfield were disgusting. Did not appear to have been serviced in quite a while.
Porta potty at Sutton were very poor
The porta potties at the Springfield rest area need to be emptied and cleaned.
