Missing rest areas

In seven trips to Rochester, MN, this past year, I have not seen the rest areas at mile marker 81, either direction0 in I-35 in Missouri. There is an aparently new Welcome Center at about 121 SB (not accessible NB).

Missouri is currently replacing/upgrading many of its rest areas. For an up-to-date list of locations visit MoDOT's web-site:
