  1. We were on I20 coming from Texas into Louisiana on 4/10/2021 and needed to stop. The mens restroom was dirty. When I went to the ladies, 2 guys were waiting to clean it and said I could not go in they were waiting for the ladies to come out. I told them I am a diabetic and need to go which they said for me to go a few miles down the road to a truck stop. Over a month ago 2 of the 3 restrooms were closed due to busted pipes, they said they are still busted. A few minutes and a lady and her 3 daughters came up wanting to go in. I told them we were going in and would not be long so we did which made them very angry. The restrooms were filthy, toilet paper all over it. Did not look like it had been cleaned for awhile. I have never had this problem and we were both disappointed with Louisiana. They need to maintain these rest stops better.
