I-65 south munfordsville, looks like a red poppy. They are beautiful

Why is the Kentucky Welcomecome center northbound Franklin area closed with no notice posted on the exit entrance . There were plain pieces of paper with ink “closed “ taped to the front doors with no explanation , is it holidays , repairs , closed forever ,Covid ? We are traveling 12-26-20 and it would have Been nice not to have to drive in only to get out in freezing weather to find it’s closed ! A notice on exit sign would be appreciated Esp from out of state visitors who are not familiar with the area and need to stop somewhere that has been a safe stop .
