Mount Sterling

The Mount Sterling rest area WB on I-64 has been closed for about a year. Anyone know if or when it will be re-opened?

Paducah Welcome Center

Every time we stop at this rest area, the interior is extremly clean and nice, and the lawn is freshly trimmed & cut. There are even (usually) fresh flowers in the women's rest room. Hope the attendants are given proper credit.

Winchester RA also closed

Just wanted to post that the Winchester RA is also closed (along with Mt. Sterling). Not sure if this is because of the construction or if it reflects a more permanent (and budgetary?) change.

I would be nice if all the signs that indicate upcoming rest areas were modified to reflect these closures. Travelers who count on RAs for restrooms have to be able to plan!

If you drive a big truck this one has no truck parking.

SUPER CLEAN REST AREA

LAST SATURDAY WE STOPPED AT A REST AREA ON I-65, BEFORE MILE MARKER 61. IT WAS VERY CLEAN, WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED. THE LADY IN THERE (NIGHT SHIFT), WAS DOING A GREAT JOB! THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
