  1. Just stopped at the rest area outside of Salina, two of three female Stahl’s we clogged and the other stahl had blood everywhere. Who should be doing the cleaning of these restrooms? The floor was so nasty from the over flowing stools and blood.

  2. I just stopped at the rest stop just east of Salina as I was headed to Wamego. The ladies restroom has NO soap. I stopped a few weeks back and same story. In this time of COVID, I would think this should be a priority. If you aren’t providing soap, what about hand sanitizer? Thank you for your attention to this.

    • We are not an official DOT office and cannot assist with lost items, vending machines, cleanliness, employment, or open/closed status of any rest area.

  3. Stopped at a couple when we drove across Kansas on July 15. The one at westbound Colby was disgusting. Someone had urinated all over the toilet seat. The floor was filthy. No masks were being worn by people entering and at the gas station we stopped at. When I got to my daughter’s house I left my shoes outside and used Lysol on them. On our way home when in Kansas, we will only stop at McDonalds or other places where sanitation is being followed.

  4. Stopped at Rest area at Ogallah westbound a few hours ago. It’s filthy-urine & to on floor. Both men & women’s.
Totally unacceptable in the middle of a pandemic.
