  2. Near Williamsburg south bound I35 Unacceptable! Both men’s stalls are clogged and by the way it looks it’s been this way for a bit!

  3. We just left a wayside in Salina with a sign about Blue Ribbon something. It was an appalling restroom. No toilet paper. Crap on the seat of one in three. Water didn’t work. Trash area in the stalls shoved to overflowing. Handicap button didn’t work. What an despicable example of a KS wayside!
