Closed Rest Areas

We just came up I-55 from Hattiesburg and almost all the rest areas were closed for repairs. The rest areas near Batesville and the one near Hernando were open but the rest on both north and south sides were closed. This sucks! Seems to me they could work on half of them at a time or work on them in the winter. Give us a break!
