  1. We are RVers…traveled eastbound from Yuma we stopped at a rest area to stretch and let the dog out. The entire rest are was littered with Trash. When I opened my door the stench of urine was obvious as well as a great big pile of human waste right by the curb we were next to. Guess it’s a whole different caliber of people out there! Not sure who gets the pleasure of cleaning this cesspool. It was unbelievable! I didn’t think think we lived in a 3rd world county. I was a truck driver over 20 years ago and never seen anything like this! Sad sad situation.

    • Too angry to reply. I am a tax paying citizen. It is people like you who left the trash on your way through and didn’t even put it in the dumpster or buy something locally to help maintain our infrastructure that gives you the opportunity to drive through. We clean that lot at our own expense for one safe stop in an emergency situation for you and your RV of $1.3 million dollars. I live in the dessert full time, can survive in 120 degrees plus, to 20 degrees below. You want to talk about this further, talk to someone who cares…or they may be willing to show up and talk to you. Remember, you opened up this polite dialogue for conversation. Pursue it please. I am “over and done” and out. Thank you, sincerely, Sally Johnson.
