  1. I just stopped on the northbound side of I-85 between Tuskege and Auburn. 2 female enployess sitting and talking.
Men’s room not very clean and I discovered to late that there was no TP in stall. I had to ask another man to get me some from another stall and pass it under to me. Very embarrassing When I told the ladies chatting at the front desk, they yelled to a 3rd employee “Hey thare ain’t no paper in the men’s room” and resumed chatting. Worst stop ever

    • It is probably the POW MIA flag but you’ll need to contact the DOT for an official answer.

“The National League of Families POW/MIA flag, also known as the POW/MIA flag or simply the POW flag, consists of a silhouette of a prisoner of war (POW) before a guard tower and barbed wire in white on a black field. “POW/MIA” appears above the silhouette and the words “You Are Not Forgotten” appear below in white of the black field.”

You can learn more about the POW MIA flag here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_League_of_Families_POW/MIA_Flag
